VNS-01 Wine Cultivator

Wine cultivator belongs to the category of passive machine without the powered working components, which are designed for easy and comfortable processing of soil and for the removal of weeds between individual seedlings in the vineyards and the orchards. It is manufactured as a universal add-on tool thus allowing it to be combined with all types of tractors. Precise and rapid movement of the knife is controlled automatically by specially integrated hydraulic circuit and by a sensitive control. The control is located in the drivers’ cabin of the tractor and permits any moment manually and control of all important functions of the section at the same time. Depending on the type of energy used there are different variants of hanging such as frontal, lateral and rear. Shear swing sections are equipped in the basic implementation with the frame, the chisel or the moldboard, which is used for better penetration of the knives into the soil, and at the same time protects the shaft from the working knifes.
